Cyber Health Score uses four workspace roles. Assign the lowest role that still lets someone do their job.
Workspace roles
| Role | Summary |
|---|---|
| Owner | Highest workspace authority; manages critical settings including ownership-sensitive actions |
| Admin | Broad management access for settings, members, and operational controls |
| Analyst | Active operational participation: domains, scans, findings, and evidence workflows |
| Viewer | Read-oriented access to dashboards, findings, and reports |

Exact capabilities may vary slightly by feature. When in doubt, check the action in the product or ask an Admin or Owner.
Invitation rules
- Admins can invite Analysts and Viewers.
- Owners can invite all roles except another Owner through the standard invite flow.

Your team understands who can verify domains, run scans, manage evidence, and administer the workspace.
