Configurable Reports let you build draft reports that combine workspace context with approved evidence from the Evidence Vault.
How Configurable Reports differ

Typical workflow
- Create and approve evidence in the Evidence Vault.
- Open Configurable Reports from the dashboard.
- Create a draft report and link eligible approved evidence.
- Generate or preview the report when ready.
- Download or share according to your plan and workspace settings.
Prerequisites
- Analyst, Admin, or Owner role
- Pro or Business plan for full report download features
- at least one Approved evidence record for linking
Expected result
You have a draft or generated Configurable Report that stakeholders can review alongside linked evidence.
