Create a configurable report
Create a draft Configurable Report and link approved evidence.

Create a Configurable Report when you need a stakeholder-ready document built from approved vault evidence.
Prerequisites
- Analyst, Admin, or Owner role
- Pro or Business plan (Free plans do not include report downloads)
- at least one Approved evidence record in the Evidence Vault
Steps
- Open Configurable Reports from the dashboard navigation.
- Select Create report (or the equivalent action on the register page).
- Enter a report title and description.
- Link one or more Approved evidence records from the picker.
- Save the draft report.
- When ready, generate or preview the report from the report detail page.
- Download the output if your plan includes report downloads.
Expected result
A draft or generated Configurable Report appears in the register with linked evidence visible on the detail page.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| No eligible evidence | Only Approved, non-archived evidence can be linked |
| Download unavailable | Plan may not include report downloads; upgrade or contact sales |
| Report generation fails | Review validation messages on the report detail page |
