Create a Cyber Health Score account to start a new workspace for your organisation.
Prerequisites
- a company email address you can access
- permission to create a workspace on behalf of your organisation
Steps
- Open the Sign up page from the marketing site or go to
/sign-up. - Enter your name, work email address, and a strong password.
- Provide your organisation name when prompted.
- Submit the form to create your account and workspace.
- Check your inbox for a verification email.
Expected result
You receive a verification email and can proceed to Verify your email. After verification you can sign in and access the dashboard.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to try |
|---|---|
| Verification email not received | Check spam or quarantine folders; request a new verification email from the sign-in flow |
| Organisation already exists | Ask an existing workspace owner or admin to invite you instead |
| Cannot sign in after sign-up | Confirm email verification is complete |
