Adding and verifying a domain is the first high-value action in most workspaces. Verification proves your organisation controls the domain before scanning begins.

Prerequisites

  • signed-in workspace with a verified email address
  • Analyst, Admin, or Owner role
  • access to DNS for the domain, or contact with whoever manages DNS
  • available asset capacity on your plan (Free includes one verified asset)

Steps

  1. Open Assets or the domain directory from the dashboard navigation.
  2. Start the add-domain flow and enter the hostname exactly as you want Cyber Health Score to track it.
  3. Submit the domain to create a verification request.
  4. Copy the DNS TXT record details shown in the product.
  5. Add the TXT record at your DNS provider (Cloudflare, registrar, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or hosting provider).
  6. Return to Cyber Health Score and run the verification check.
  7. Confirm the asset shows as verified or active and is ready for scanning.

Expected result

The domain appears in your asset list with verification complete. You can proceed to Run your first scan.
